Big Deel? EOR Platform Adds ATS

Read Time3 Minute, 8 Second

Deel just announced its largest set of platform updates to date at its annual product conference, the Big Deel 2026, designed to solve the operational friction of global work. Marking its seventh anniversary, the company introduced an integrated operating model that unifies hiring, compensation management, and workforce planning with its owned global payroll infrastructure.

Today, more than 40,000 companies use Deel to manage global workforces. Last year alone, the company launched 1,200 features and improvements, processed $22 billion in payroll and $250 million in crypto payments.

“Our strategy is to build the infrastructure that makes global work invisible,” said Alex Bouaziz, CEO and co-founder of Deel. “This year, we are connecting every stage of the worker lifecycle, from the initial offer to the final payout, into a single platform. We are removing the ‘fragmentation tax’ that occurs when companies stitch together disconnected tools to scale across borders.”

ATS Completes the Full Candidate-to-Hire Journey in Deel

Following an intensive build phase with early customers, Deel announced the general availability of its fully integrated ATS. Unlike standalone recruiting tools that stop at the offer stage, Deel’s ATS is built directly on top of Deel’s HRIS. This drives quicker hiring and productivity with ATS and HR on a single platform.

  • AI-Powered Efficiencies: AI helps find talent from internal/external sources, auto-generates job descriptions and screens candidates to surface the most relevant profiles first.
  • Planning Alignment: Approved roles from Workforce Planning push directly into the ATS recruiting pipeline, ensuring hiring remains synchronised with headcount budgets.
  • Seamless Onboarding: Once an offer is accepted, data flows directly into the HRIS, automatically triggering IT equipment orders and compliant contract generation.

Performance-Driven Pay and Planning

The platform expansion includes deeper integration between Compensation Management and Payroll. HR and Comp teams can now run global merit cycles, track budget usage in real time, and report progress to executives, with compensation cycle outputs flowing into payroll through a streamlined process. Additionally, Workforce Planning now syncs with global salary bands from Compensation, allowing HR and Finance teams to model headcount scenarios with local cost precision.

Integrated Global Mobility

Moving talent across borders remains one of the most fragmented challenges of global work. Today, the company announced Deel Mobility, a centralized system of record for global immigration cases. Integrated directly into the Deel HRIS, the platform allows teams to track visas, receive expiration alerts, and initiate services, from short-term business travel to permanent relocation, across 100+ countries with the support of in-house mobility experts.

Redesigned Mobile App with Crypto Pay and Reward Options for Global Workers

Deel today unveiled a fully redesigned mobile app, a central place for work, pay, and team management for remote professionals worldwide. It features powerful new financial tools including the ability for workers to receive pay in stablecoins, hold crypto earnings and earn rewards on top of them, all within the app. For workers in high-inflation markets, this offers a secure, dollar-backed way to protect earnings without switching between apps. Employers can offer these faster, borderless pay options without changing their existing payroll setup, as Deel handles compliant fiat payroll in the background. The rollout has just started and the fully redesigned experience is expected to reach all global professionals within the following months.

Enterprise-Scale Modularity

For large organisations, Deel is extending its modularity to the core of the enterprise stack. New, deep integrations with Workday, SAP, and NetSuite allow enterprises to adopt Deel’s global payroll engine while maintaining their existing system of record. To support these transformations, Deel also announced Enterprise Operations, a white-glove service providing dedicated managers to oversee global infrastructure rollouts.
