Louis Carter, CEO and President of Best Practice Institute started applying his Social Organizational Psychology skills as far back as 2001 by combining it with his other life’s passion – drumming. A Social/Organizational Psychology Grad Student at Columbia University in NYC and musician on September 11, 2001, Carter used his skills to create a haven where people that had been through the horrors of that day can come together and grieve, while sharing their experiences.
