LinkedIn’s Recruiter System Connect provides a direct connection between ClearCompany’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter, creating new efficiency for human resources professionals and recruiters managing requisitions in ClearCompany.
The Recruiter System Connect integration allows ClearCompany ATS users to view up-to-date candidate records, enhance collaboration and candidate experience, and see more applicant data directly in LinkedIn Recruiter. Expanded candidate history data will also allow recruiters to see whether a candidate has already applied to a requisition within ClearCompany or has ever interviewed with ClearCompany before the recruiter sends a prospect an InMail.
Mutual clients will find additional value in the increased exposure of available jobs on LinkedIn’s highly visible platform. Additionally, this connection makes the ClearCompany ATS easier to use, as a candidate’s LinkedIn profile information will appear in their ClearCompany profile, providing extra context for recruiters.
