On February 22, we held our Workforce Management Wednesday, a biweekly series in which we demonstrate how to best use the key HR and employee management features in Ceipal Workforce, an all-in-one Workforce Management System. In this session, we demonstrated our compliance and work authorization functionality. Attendees learned how to create a PAF for an LCA ensuring compliance. Also, know how to store and share a PAF along with Penalties for Failing to Comply.
