Charlotte, North Carolina (March 30, 2021) — QuantumWork, found online at quantum.work, is pleased to announce that Kevin Phelps from TEKsystems will be joining the leadership team as Head of Business Development and Marketing. As QuantumWork, a cloud-based intelligent sourcing platform powered by services, continues to develop, Kevin will be fulfilling a critical role to execute our business development strategy and drive the right opportunities for growth.

Kevin joined TEKsystems, a flagship company within Allegis Group, in 1991, and has held a number of executive sales leadership and strategic product development roles including VP of Financial Services, Executive Director of IT Solutions, Managing Director of Risk & Compliance and Director of National Sales. In his current role as Director of MSP Engagement, he is responsible for optimizing TEKsystems’ position with its MSP partners and maximizing its potential in each program. His career goals have always aligned to driving business development opportunities from conception through execution, and leading sales and delivery teams to success.  Kevin’s background includes significant experience in helping launch and build new businesses that intertwine technology platforms with recruiting operations.
