This month, we are excited to feature Scott Kopco, Director of Public Sector Sales, who supports HRchitect’s UKG public sector business. He brings a calm, steady, people-first approach to every conversation.
Scott’s path into this work did not begin with a master plan. He studied Industrial Manufacturing Engineering at Penn State, expecting one kind of career. However, he found another almost by accident. Hungry one day on campus, he followed the promise of free pizza into a recruiting event for PricewaterhouseCoopers. He stayed, listened, and walked out with the start of a career. That would eventually lead him into consulting, sales, and nearly two decades in the UKG ecosystem.
That story fits Scott pretty well. What matters to him is understanding people, building trust, and helping clients get where they need to go with the right support behind them. After 15+ years in previous HCM roles, he joined HRchitect in search of something that felt more personal. What
