According to the 2024 Employ Job Seeker Nation Report, beyond compensation, job seekers are primarily motivated by career advancement (52%) and greater work flexibility or remote work opportunities (49%).

The Job Seeker Nation Report clearly supports the position that job seekers are hungry for a culture that fits their needs, whether it’s career advancement, diversity, or flexibility. People are not moving as readily today for just a few cents, but they ARE moving to work somewhere or do something they can enjoy and produce their best work.
