A Quick Look Back
In the First Half 2024 Release, we introduced a new guided benefits enrollment experience —designed to simplify and streamline the process for employees. From the start, this intuitive, user-friendly approach was met with enthusiasm by existing customers and hailed as a game-changer by those evaluating SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Global Benefits. The refreshed enrollment experience makes benefits enrollment more seamless, simple and intuitive for employees.
Refreshed Benefits Enrollment Experience (Desktop)
With the Second Half 2024 Release, we introduced a refreshed benefits overview page for insurance, savings, and pension benefit types. This new experience, available on desktop and mobile devices, provides employes with a single place to view their benefits details and take action such as declaring a life event, managing their beneficiaries, or enrolling in benefits. And, with convenient access from the ‘Manage My Benefits’ quick action card on the home page, the benefits overview enables employees to easily find a summary of their enrolled benefits, view their confirmation statement, and see available benefits.

The updated Benefits Overview
