Charlotte, NC – ResumeSieve™ announced the partnership of their resume evaluation and ranking tool, The Sieve™, with the Greenhouse recruiting platform. This is a massive step taken by ResumeSieve as they work to automate the process of accessing and processing jobs and resumes in Greenhouse.

With this integration, ResumeSieve has become an official hiring cloud partner with Greenhouse ATS.  “As we have said in the past, we are building the integrations that will allow customers to easily connect their chosen technology with ours, greatly expanding the applicability of The Sieve™,” noted Abha Mallya, CEO and Co-Founder of ResumeSieve. “Over the past several weeks, we have been working to add more integrations, a process that started with connecting Zoho Recruit several weeks ago.”

What’s the benefit to Greenhouse users?  They can now import resumes and job descriptions directly from their Greenhouse account to take advantage of the resume evaluation capabilities of The Sieve™.  For hiring agents and recruiters, this can prove to be extremely helpful as it reduces the time needed to bring in talent by simplifying the process. 

ResumeSieve aids organizations to deal with future hiring needs.  This can enhance a candidate’s experience, reduce the cost of bad hires, increase hiring speed, eliminate administrative tasks, and most importantly reduce the attrition, with an overall impact of reducing the cost per hire by as much as 40%.
