Haley Marketing is thrilled to announce the hiring of Jyryll (Jy) Lachica as a Quality Assurance Engineer.
Get to Know Jy:
In his new role with Team Haley, Jy will test, monitor and debug our best-in-class software products.
CTO Rick Bush is eager to get him fully onboarded and working on key projects: “Jy comes to us with extensive experience as a QA Engineering Senior Analyst,” said Rick. “His rockstar tech skills, coupled with his ability to lead cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle, will be a huge asset to our DevOps team. We can’t wait to see what he will help us build!”
Why did Jy choose Haley Marketing?
“I was drawn to the company because of their philosophy and values – particularly, the Rule of 3s,” said Jy. If you’re unfamiliar with our core values, the Rule of 3s is a set of questions we use to guide our decision-making about the work we do:

Jy is the newest member of our growing Philippines team, and he will be fully remote. When he’s not ensuring bug-free operation of our software products, Jy loves watching anime and being entertained by his 8 – yes, 8 – pets. A self-described “black sheep,” Jy is the only member of his family who didn’t enter the medical field (although we think you made a great career choice, Jy!).
