This is the ninth year in a row that Hireology has been recognized by HRO Today’s Baker’s Dozen Customer Satisfaction Ratings list, and the fifth year that we’ve held the top spot. The rankings are based solely on feedback from buyers of the rated services. The publication collects feedback annually through a survey of its readers and the candidates’ clients, and analyzes each provider across three categories: service breadth, deal sizes and quality.

In 2020, Hireology customers received 4.2 million applicants and made over 90,000 hires, a monumental accomplishment in a year of record-high unemployment. With last year’s launch of our mobile app, we were able to help customers review applicants two times faster.
