In many meetings with customers and partners, @CarolinaCLeite and I get the request to manage Offboarding for Long Leave of Absence. In this article, you can find what we do to support customers in that scenario.
We often get the request for employees who leave for long leave of absence to return assets and do knowledge transfer with colleagues that are to replace them during the absence. In this case, a sort of short Offboarding process can support from a process perspective.
