AI is now one of the first places people turn when they’re exploring career options, which means your content must be easy for these systems to understand. Recent studies show that nearly two‑thirds of job seekers use AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude during their job search or application process.

This shift demands a new approach from employers. To attract candidates, visibility is not enough – discoverability is critical. This means optimizing your content to ensure that it can be found by these systems in a meaningful and accurate way without compromising brand integrity.

SEO makes jobs visible for candidates, but that is no longer enough. TA leaders need to think about ensuring the discoverability of their employer brand.

While search engines rank the content, AI explains the content.
