Jo Mills, Co-Founder and Chief Experience Officer (CXO), has been promoted to President. Jo has been an integral part of Fuel50’s conception and growth since the business was conceived in 2013. Working closely with Anne Fulton, Founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Jo has helped build and shape the business from humble beginnings to a global technology company with over 80 global industry-leading customers.
The new-look executive team at Fuel50 also includes recently appointed Mark Cope as Fractional Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). Mark has a notable SaaS scale-up track record, having held leadership roles at iCIMS, CentralReach, Corestream and Harri.

Lucy Zarlengo, Chief Marketing Officer — As Employ CMO, Zarlengo oversees the planning, development, and execution of Employ’s marketing strategy, driving both customer satisfaction and net new growth. Prior to joining Employ, Zarlengo held leadership positions at Dun & Bradstreet, Thomson Reuters, and Dell. She most recently served as CMO at Bonterra.
Jamie Minier, President at NXTThing RPO —With more than 20 years of experience in the industry, including time at ADP, ScottsMiracle-Gro, and The RightThing RPO, Minier has been promoted to President of NXTThing RPO. In this expanded role, Minier drives operational excellence and service innovation with the NXTThing offering.
Madhav Nair, Chief Technology Officer — As Employ CTO, Nair is responsible for advancing the company’s innovative technology approach and shared strategic vision. Nair has significant experience scaling large businesses, previously leading global engineering teams at Zoominfo, Intuit, and Wayfair.
Chris Stewart, Chief Customer Officer — Stewart joins Employ to oversee all aspects of customer experience. Formerly serving in customer-centric leadership roles at NetDocuments, Cornerstone OnDemand, and Ticketmaster, Stewart has a proven record of driving customer success.
Harver, the industry-leading hiring solution helping organizations optimize their talent decisions, today announced the appointment of Steve Martin as chief executive officer (CEO). Previously serving as the company’s chief technology officer (CTO), Martin will lead the company into its next phase of growth, while driving execution and creating greater value for customers.
Martin has over 25 years of experience leading and scaling product innovation and corporate strategy and brings a wealth of experience to guide Harver in the dynamic HR tech market. He will drive company direction to ensure innovation is the cornerstone of the business’ approach, championing Harver’s goal to help organizations efficiently make better decisions across the talent lifecycle.
