iCIMS, the talent cloud company, today announces the appointment of Patrick Bakey as chief revenue officer. The experienced enterprise technology executive is poised to accelerate the company’s global growth trajectory as it enables organizations across all industries to build their winning workforce.

With more than two decades of global leadership experience, Bakey will lead iCIMS’ global sales organization and all revenue-generating programs. Bakey joins iCIMS following a 17-year tenure with SAP, where he was responsible for building many of the company’s most innovative and fastest growing businesses. He most recently served as president and chief revenue officer for SAP Leonardo and Analytics. Bakey also previously held senior leadership positions with Siebel/Oracle and Xerox.


PeopleStrategy Inc., a full-service brokerage and provider of comprehensive, cloud-based human capital management (HCM) solutions, recently welcomed Chelsea Owens to its marketing and sales team. As a Director of Marketing, Owens is responsible for the expansion and execution of PeopleStrategy’s complete go to market program.  

Owens comes to PeopleStrategy with a breadth of knowledge in the strategic marketing arena where she helped small to large companies establish their brand presence by driving growth via creative solutions. Prior to PeopleStrategy, Owens served on a Firmwide Communications team where she directed the execution of national industry events and corporate communications to promote the brand while developing and cultivating strategic partnerships.


Vette, a HR technology startup announced today that technology veteran Sree Kotay has joined the team as Technical Co-founder and Chief Technology Officer (CTO). In his role, Kotay will be responsible for designing and developing future-of-work tools that provide hiring solutions for enterprise companies worldwide.


iCIMS, the talent cloud company, continues to strengthen its executive leadership team with the appointment of technology veteran Chirag Mehta as chief product officer. Mehta will partner with iCIMS’ chief technology officer, Al Smith, to lead the charter to design a compelling customer-focused product strategy and a roadmap for iCIMS to continue to deliver innovative products and solutions to its ~4,500 customers that employ more than 35 million people worldwide.

Symphony Talent, a recruitment marketing technology company that helps talent acquisition teams automate tasks and empower interactions, announces the appointment of Debbie Tuel as Chief Joy Officer.
