DailyPay, a worktech company and the leading provider of earned wage access, has announced that Ryan Mang has been named to the newly created position of Chief Commercial Officer at DailyPay. Mang will report to Stacy Greiner, Chief Executive Officer, DailyPay.

UKG, a leading provider of HR, payroll, workforce management, and culture solutions, today announced that Suresh Vittal will join as chief product officer (CPO) beginning on January 20, 2025. Vittal will lead the company’s global product strategy and development, including user experience and cloud operations, for the more than 80,000 organizations that use UKG products across 150 countries worldwide.
Vittal will serve on the UKG executive leadership team and report directly to CEO Jennifer Morgan. Vittal’s appointment will further elevate and accelerate the UKG product roadmap with a continued focus on embedding artificial intelligence (AI) and leveraging the company’s differentiated workforce intelligence across all of its world-class products.

HireRight, a leading provider of global background screening services and workforce solutions, is pleased to announce the appointments of Ranojoy “RJ” Hazra as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Jamie Ikerd as Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer, with immediate effect.
Mr. Hazra joins HireRight with more than 15 years of executive leadership experience in the finance and technology sectors. His most recent role was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the international division at Equifax. Prior to this, he spent several years in various leadership positions at General Electric.
Ms. Ikerd will lead HireRight’s strategic planning, enterprise project management, corporate development, and innovation initiatives in her new role as Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer. She joins HireRight from Built Technologies where she served as Chief Operating Officer. Ms. Ikerd’s extensive background includes executive leadership roles in multiple industries and functions including verticalized SaaS, technology, and hospitality. She also spent several years at Bain & Company, focused on scale business strategy and transformation work.
UKG, a leading provider of HR, payroll, workforce management, and culture solutions, today announced that Jennifer Hanley has joined as the company’s inaugural chief communications officer (CCO). Hanley has more than 25 years of experience leading internal and external communication strategies at organizations such as J.P. Morgan, KKR, and Flagship Pioneering’s Valo Health, and was formerly the press secretary for U.S. Senator and Presidential Candidate Hillary Clinton.
Since joining UKG in October 2024, Hanley reports to CEO Jen Morgan and is responsible for developing and executing an integrated, global communications strategy while leading the company’s internal and external communications teams, thought leadership, and corporate branding. Hanley is also leading a customer-first initiative that aims to streamline the customer communication experience.
Pluralsight, the technology workforce development company, announced that Beckey Woodard Cole has been named Chief People Officer. In this role, Woodard Cole will oversee all aspects of Pluralsight’s human resources function, including company culture, organizational development and effectiveness, and talent management.
Woodard Cole is a seasoned people leader with over 20 years of strategic human resources experience. Before joining Pluralsight, she was the Chief Human Resources Officer at Avantax, where she led people-centered transformations that effectively improved company culture and team member retention. Prior to Avantax, Cole spent 10 years at Folience, where she played a pivotal role in enabling business diversification, led multiple HR initiatives, and implemented the company’s first HR shared services model.
TrackerRMS, a global leader in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and customer relationship management (CRM) software for the recruitment and staffing industry, today announced a new leadership team to usher in the next season of growth as the company expands globally, as well as to create centers of excellence to maximize knowledge sharing around each of its core functions.

Hodges is currently CMO at Procore Technologies (NYSE: PCOR) where she is responsible for the development of the strategic marketing plan and execution of all marketing activities globally. Prior to Procore, Hodges held various roles at multinational software leader Autodesk (NASDAQ: ADSK), including general manager of ShotGrid, the company’s cloud-based production planning solution, and vice president of product management for its Media and Entertainment portfolio.
