As 2024 draws to a close and we share our final newsletter of the year, it’s always fascinating to reflect. This year, job boards have certainly embraced AI-driven personalisation and ventured beyond traditional listings to adapt to evolving hiring needs. Sitting and listening to the experts on stage at the JBC conference we appreciate and respect the forward thinking and innovative people and companies that work within our space.
