Working closely with HR.com’s HR Research Institute (HRRI), the newly-appointed talent acquisition advisory board will collaborate to positively influence the HR industry’s thought leadership and best practices through primary research. The board will work to ensure the talent acquisition research and event content aligns with industry best practices in various aspects such as sourcing, talent need assessments, recruitment strategies, DEIB, technology, metrics analysis, and compliance.
The advisory board will be valuable in recommending presenters and session topics to make the event best-in-class for HR professionals in attendance. They will help navigate today’s recruitment challenges and prepare for the future of hiring to ensure business success.
The research findings from this initiative will be published in a comprehensive report offering detailed insights and recommendations. Additionally, a condensed two-page infographic will provide a quick reference for key points. The upcoming virtual event will include a day of informative sessions from a variety of subject matter experts in this area.
