How can I find colleagues that can help with my current projects, or whom I myself can help? How can I as a manager take all relevant information into account when taking decisions that will affect my direct reports, without being overwhelmed by all of the information available to me?
These are some of the questions we are exploring as we begin to rethink the People Profile.
We are beginning explorations and design work now, and would like to establish a Design Advisory Group that will accompany this work:
giving feedback to concepts and design discussing details of your use cases to drive requirements validating our implementation plans providing feedback on design and roadmap prioritization
We plan to kick off the Design Advisory Group in October 2023. And we hope you are interested!
