Prioritizing AI integration in 2026? 6 questions on how to do it right

AI is critical to the solutions Sutherland, an international business transformation services firm, offers its clients—and just as core to the experience it’s providing employees, says Chief People Officer Eric Tinch.

AI integration isn’t as simple as flipping a switch, says Tinch, who oversees people operations for the nearly 40-year-old organization that employs more than 40,000 people around the globe.
