In Human Capital Management (HCM), it is essential to assign each employee a Central Person number.

The Central Person (CP) should be automatically generated for an employee during the hiring process, whether initiated through transaction PA40 or SuccessFactors Integration. The relevant relationships (P-A209-CP and CP-B209-P) are recorded in table HRP1001.

Ideally, the start date of the relationship record should align with the hiring date of the employee, while the end date should be set to an indefinite date, typically 9999.12.31.

However, discrepancies can arise due to issues like improper data migration, custom reporting, or custom enhancements. These may lead to incorrect start or end dates of the P-CP/CP-P relationships in table HRP1001.

Unfortunately, the standard SAP system does not provide a default report to rectify incorrect start or end dates in these relationship records.
