The Second Half 2025 Release delivers many exciting innovations within SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. We are introducing new features and capabilities designed to enhance experiences and boost efficiency for all users. Here is a snapshot of what you can expect to see in this release:
New People Profile
We are excited to announce that we have completed the refresh of the People Profile view experience, incorporating valuable customer input and feedback. In addition, customers can now leverage optimized experiences for updating employee information and navigating historical changes. New full-page views enable users to quickly insert, edit, or delete records, further simplifying employee data management. Learn more about the new People Profile experience here.

Mass changes to job relationships
We are further expanding the capabilities of the mass data management tool to support updates to job relationships. Admins can leverage a simplified UI to quickly initiate changes for multiple employees without the need for technical expertise.
