It is often that we receive requests to have candidates in a certain job requisition skip the Onboarding process based on certain criteria, or even to select whether specific candidates in the same job requisition should go to Onboarding or straight to Manage Pending Hires.
In some cases, the request is to select the Onboarding Process Variant on a case-by-case basis, including the possibility to skip Onboarding altogether.
In this post we will propose solutions for these scenarios:
