Introduction
One of the hardest things to understand for consultants working with SAP SuccessFactors Variable Pay is how to build customer eligibility rules which means how to retrieve only the right records to make sure that only the right people are showing and that proration is done correctly for everybody.
It’s something so complex that sometimes even the most experienced consultants need to take many steps backs and either request new fields added to EC or build their own MDF with Integration Center as a workaround to accurately capture some customer requirements (see this blog or this blog).
