Joining us remotely from Miamisburg, Ohio, Julie brings over nine years of experience in the recruitment marketing space, having led high-impact paid media campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, and more. Before joining Haley Marketing, she was a Recruitment Marketing Manager at Polaris Recruitment Communications, where she not only crafted innovative, data-driven strategies, but also led high-performing teams and managed enterprise-level client relationships.
Julie is a proven leader and strategist, known for exceeding KPIs, fostering collaborative cultures, and implementing forward-thinking, AI-enhanced marketing processes. Her strategic planning skills, budget optimization expertise, and passion for innovation are already making waves as she dives into client work here at HMG.

- She and her husband enjoy hunting (and their daughters are interested in the hobby, too)
