Summer 2023 marked an important time in ZipRecruiter history – welcoming our first official cohort of 13 software engineering interns! Our interns worked across a variety of collaborative efforts helping improve the product for both job seekers and employers. Though our tech organization is primarily remote, it was a true return to the office post-COVID for our interns. They were onboard starting in May and got a chance to truly explore what sunny Santa Monica and Los Angeles have to offer – a Dodgers game, Intern Week, a Speaker Series with our Executives, and more!
Our interns truly embodied our core values – all putting excellence above ego, with their hearts in it to fearlessly build towards our goal of actively connecting people to their next great opportunity.
