Appcast Says its Launching Career Sites Built for the AI Era

LEBANON, N.H. — Recruitment tech company Appcast announced a major upgrade to its platform today, launching a new solution designed to rebuild company career sites for an AI-dominated job market.

Dubbed Appcast Career Sites, the tool aims to fix a massive bottleneck in online hiring: the fact that standard corporate job boards are notoriously bad at converting casual browsers into actual applicants. According to Appcast data, roughly 95% of job seekers who click on a job listing end up leaving the page without applying.

The new platform focuses heavily on changing search habits, ensuring job listings are easily read not just by traditional search engines like Google, but also by AI platforms like ChatGPT and Gemini, which are increasingly used by candidates to find work.

“We recognize the market is shifting, and candidate acquisition costs continue to rise,” said Brianna Huynh, VP of Brand and Creative at Appcast. “To drive the best hiring outcomes, organic and paid need to work together.”

Key Features of the New Platform

  • AI-Ready Search Optimization: Built with architecture that ensures job listings rank well on both traditional search engines and generative AI tools.
  • Seamless ATS Integration: Works out-of-the-box with any existing Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform, bypassing the need for heavy IT overhauls.
  • Drop-Off Tracking: Uses user-behavior data, heat maps, and candidate remarketing to figure out exactly where applicants lose interest and abandon the process.
  • Streamlined Applications: Features a native, integrated workflow called Appcast Apply that removes the requirement for job seekers to create an account or log in just to submit a resume.

Early Results

Appcast reports that the performance-driven design has already yielded measurable improvements for early adopters. Companies using the system have seen a 70% increase in organic search visibility and a 53% boost in completed applications due to the cleaner user experience.

The launch follows recent industry validation for the technology, including a Platinum win at the 2026 Vega Digital Awards for Appcast’s mobile-first overhaul of the KFC career site.
