G-P Forecasts Record 2026 on Surging Demand for Agentic AI and Global Employment Services

BOSTON — Global employment platform G-P (Globalization Partners) announced strong third-quarter momentum on Thursday, projecting that it will surpass $450 million in annual recurring revenue (ARR) and achieve more than $100 million in core operating profits for the full year 2026.

The Boston-headquartered company credited its accelerating performance to rapid customer adoption of its agentic AI-driven workforce platform and its international compliance infrastructure, which now spans more than 180 countries.

If projections hold, G-P will expand both customer headcount and revenue by over 20% compared to fiscal year 2025. Generating $100 million in core operating profit also places the company comfortably above the software industry’s benchmark “Rule of 40,” which evaluates whether a tech firm’s combined growth rate and profit margin exceed 40%.

Anchoring AI in Global Compliance

Founded in 2012, G-P operates as an Employer of Record (EOR), handling international hiring, payroll, taxes, and localized human resources management so companies can hire cross-border staff without establishing legal entities overseas.

G-P founder and CEO Nicole Sahin emphasized that the company’s push into agentic AI—autonomous systems designed to handle complex HR workflows—has been underpinned by its long-term compliance track record.

“By grounding our agentic AI architecture in more than a decade of proprietary global employment and compliance data, we’re giving organizations the intelligence and infrastructure they need to build and manage global teams with greater speed and confidence,” Sahin said in a statement. “As we continue to exceed our revenue and profitability goals, we’re proving that market-leading innovation and sustained financial performance move in tandem.”

The company’s product line includes G-P Employer of Record, G-P Contractor, and G-P Gia, an AI-powered global HR agent trained on local labor laws across the globe. Industry analyst firms—including NelsonHall, IEC, and QKS—have consistently ranked G-P as the top global EOR provider.

Looking Ahead to 2027

As G-P heads into the final quarter of 2026, it is laying the groundwork for two primary growth initiatives aimed at expanding its enterprise footprint next year:

  • Native “Embedded EOR”: Introducing white-label global employment capabilities directly through strategic enterprise partner ecosystems.
  • Broader Integration for G-P Gia: Scaling its AI agent so it natively integrates into leading third-party Human Capital Management (HCM) and HR Information System (HRIS) platforms.

The company stated that its sustained operating cash flow will continue to fund R&D and platform innovation as it seeks to deepen its reach across enterprise HR ecosystems globally.
