What is high-volume recruiting?

High-volume recruiting is the process of filling 50 or more positions at once, or within a tightly compressed timeframe. It’s a near-constant reality in industries with seasonal spikes or high natural turnover.

At that scale, the process has to work differently. More automation, more standardization, less of it running through a single recruiter’s judgment call by call.
