Piercy will lead Employ’s global finance organization, focusing on business intelligence, scalable operations, and long-term value creation. Piercy joins Employ from Crownpeak, where he began as Chief Financial Officer before being named Chief Operating Officer and ultimately Chief Executive Officer, leading the company through its acquisition by Rezolve Ai. A seasoned global finance and operations leader, he brings three decades of experience guiding technology and SaaS companies through growth and transformation, with previous leadership roles at Onclusive, Advanced, and Unisys, as well as experience within global organizations including Oracle and Fujitsu.

Jean-Baptiste Larramendy joins as Vice President of Sales Development. He previously led global sales development at GitLab and held senior leadership roles at Salesforce.
Cat Paterson joins as Vice President of Growth Marketing. She previously held senior marketing leadership roles at Meta across APAC, as well as at PepsiCo and eBay.
Leah Walters joins as Vice President of Corporate Marketing. She previously led global communications at monday.com and public affairs at BLJ Worldwide.
Pedro Marques joins as Vice President of Design. He previously held senior design leadership roles at Personio and Shopify.

HireRight, a leading provider of global background screening services and workforce solutions, announced the promotion of Jamie Ikerd to Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), effective immediately.
