PageUp, a global leader in talent acquisition software, recently announced the addition of three new strategic partners, FlockityVouch, and Certn, to its growing technology ecosystem.

These integrations expand the already extensive PageUp marketplace, giving organizations additional flexibility to build a personalized hiring process that works the way their teams do. These new partnerships also reflect PageUp’s commitment to building a collaborative, best-in-class ecosystem where teams can use their favorite tools to create a seamless candidate experience.

Flockity: Influencer marketing for jobs

Flockity integrates with PageUp Clinch to help organizations reach beyond active job seekers. By using internal and external brand advocates as influencers, this integration drives high-quality candidate traffic to the top of the funnel, tapping into the 89 percent of the workforce who are not actively looking for a new role.

Vouch: AI-powered video platform for talent teams

Vouch has joined the PageUp network to help organizations build, activate, and scale their employer brand through video. As a video-first content platform, Vouch enables talent teams to create authentic employee content, power advocacy campaigns, and equip recruiters with high-impact assets that engage candidates at every stage of the hiring journey. Integrating with PageUp Clinch, Vouch amplifies employee voices through content creation and advocacy reach while providing the insights needed to measure the direct impact on hiring.

Certn: Integrated global background screening

Certn brings enterprise-grade screening and identity verification directly into the PageUp ATS, eliminating the need to switch between platforms. Recruiters can order checks and track status updates in real time without leaving PageUp, while candidates benefit from a mobile-first, AI-driven experience that keeps the process moving quickly. With coverage across 200+ countries and territories, and built-in compliance and audit readiness, Certn supports global hiring at scale.

These integrations are now available to PageUp customers globally, further providing a unified, high-performance platform to manage the modern talent lifecycle.

Reindeer, the enterprise AI that runs your most complex operations, today announced a partnership with Papaya Global, the $4.5B Workforce OS that unifies payroll, HR, finance, and payments for global organizations. Through the partnership, Papaya is applying AI to the operational back office workflows that most automation cannot handle: the ones full of exceptions, that evolve over time, and may not be fully documented. The engagement began with payslip mapping and invoice coding.

Reindeer built an agent that extracts the relevant fields from each payslip across different formats and languages, matches each one to the right employee in Papaya’s database, and flags ambiguous cases to Papaya’s team with the top candidates. When a reviewer makes a selection, the agent remembers it and adapts to how that judgment should be applied going forward, so the same issue does not get flagged the following month. As new partners, countries, and payslip formats come into scope, the agent keeps learning rather than needing to be rebuilt. Manual review dropped from 50% of payslips to under 10%.

Yello, the leading campus and early talent recruiting software platform, today announced a new partnership with Symplicity, the leader in student engagement and employability software, to give Yello customers access to Symplicity’s extensive network of more than 600,000 early talent candidates. Through the partnership, employers using the Yello Campus Recruiting Agent can now match against active candidates from the Symplicity database in addition to candidates from their own ATS, their Yello database, WayUp, and 35+ other sources across the web.

Employ Inc., a leading provider of people-first, intelligent hiring solutions across JazzHR, Lever, and Jobvite, today announced a strategic partnership with VONQ, the agentic recruitment automation platform, to deliver automated early stage candidate screening for recruiters directly within Employ’s applicant tracking systems.

As AI-generated applications flood hiring pipelines, recruiters are drowning in volume while losing sight of the candidates who actually fit. Genuine talent gets buried beneath low-intent applicants sending AI-polished CVs to hundreds of roles at once. This partnership brings together Employ’s trusted hiring technology and AI Screening by VONQ to give recruiting teams a faster, fairer way to identify the right people early, without removing human judgment from the process. Now available in both JazzHR and Lever, the solution screens candidates against role-specific criteria at the very top of the funnel, so recruiters spend their time where it counts.

“Recruiters today are overwhelmed by application volume while candidates expect faster, more responsive hiring experiences,” said Dara Brenner, Chief Product Officer at Employ. “By embedding VONQ’s AI screening agent directly into our hiring workflows, we’re helping customers identify the most relevant candidates earlier, reduce manual screening efforts, and make faster and fairer hiring decisions at every stage. Candidates get immediate, engaging responses the moment they apply instead of weeks of silence, so that by the time they reach a recruiter, the conversation can focus on the human connection that actually wins great people.”
