New HR Tech Features from Joveo, ServiceNow, AnswerReel

Joveo, the global leader in agentic recruiting, today announced AI Interview Intelligence: live AI-powered guidance for every interviewer. It briefs the interviewer before the call, guides them during it, and creates a scorecard when it ends. The human interviewer runs the conversation with the candidate and makes the final decision.

Key capabilities include:

  • Candidate briefs: Before every interview, the interviewer receives a one-page brief covering the candidate profile, application, screening results, what earlier rounds covered, and the claims worth probing.
  • Your competency framework, in every round: Turns the organization’s competency framework into a plan for each round, so every interviewer assesses candidates consistently against the same bar.
  • Live guidance: Checks off each scorecard topic as it is covered, suggests a probe when an answer is thin, nudges the interviewer when time runs short and answers their questions during the call via chat.
  • Integrity signals: Detects and flags suspicious behavior, such as a second monitor or keyboard shortcuts associated with AI cheating tools, for the interviewer to review.
  • Scorecards: When the call ends, the scorecard is already created, with each rating tied to the candidate’s responses, for the interviewer to review, edit, and submit.

“Candidates now walk into interviews with AI to help them. The people deciding whether to hire them deserve the same,” said Prateek Mishra, Chief Technology Officer at Joveo. “AI Interview Intelligence makes sure every one of them shows up prepared, asks the right questions, and decides based on evidence.”

ServiceNow is introducing Productivity Assistants for HR Service Delivery, including a new Hiring Assistant, that helps move people from tactical work to strategic impact. Managers get help leading and growing their teams, HR Business Partners (HRBPs) get time back for strategy, and leaders get trusted data for talent decisions.

  • Hiring Assistant takes hiring from requisition to offer in one conversation, without tool-hopping or chasing context across systems. The full hiring flow stays in a single thread, and the assistant can nudge managers at key moments before hiring stalls. This enables faster hiring decisions, less coordination work for hiring managers and recruiters, and higher hiring velocity.
  • Manager Assistant answers routine policy questions in the flow of work, surfaces a daily brief of what needs a manager’s attention, and helps prepare for 1:1s and leaves of absence. For tough conversations, a policy-grounded brief with best-practice guidance from Galileo lays out how to open, what to cover, and what to avoid.
  • HRBP Assistant takes transactional work off the HRBP’s plate so they can focus on talent strategy. It provides citation-backed answers for routine questions, resolves low-risk approvals against policy criteria, and routes employee relations queries to the right HRBP with personal information protected.
  • Talent Insights Assistant brings data to every leader making talent decisions. Leaders can ask an open-ended question about the talent market and get a fast, clear answer without launching a separate research project or finding and talking to the right person in HR. For bigger decisions, deep research breaks down any company or talent pool by location, role, and skills; talent flows track who’s moving in and out of a role, skill, or market; and succession planning adds outside market signals to conversations.

Historically, this work has been spread across many systems, processes, and people. Productivity Assistants for HR Service Delivery live inside ServiceNow EmployeeWorks, so the work, the answer, and the next step all sit in one operating system for the employee experience.

AnswerReel, one-way video interview software for small recruiting teams and staffing agencies, now has a public REST API, signed webhooks and a Zapier app. Teams can invite candidates from the tools they already use and have scores and labels flow back without copying anything by hand.

What the API and webhooks cover:

  • Send an invite to a job from another system. AnswerReel emails the candidate their own link, and inviting the same email again while the first invite is still open doesn’t send a second one.
  • Look up a candidate’s status, overall score and label, with a link to review them in AnswerReel. The API never hands out links to recordings or files.
  • Get a webhook when a candidate submits, when scoring finishes, and when someone on the team labels a candidate Next round, Maybe or Not a fit. Each delivery is signed so the receiving system can check it came from AnswerReel.
  • Retry safely. Every POST and DELETE needs an idempotency key. Retry with the same key and request within 24 hours, and the action happens once.

The Zapier app offers the same three triggers plus a Send Interview Invite action. It is invite-only for now, and customers find the invite link in their AnswerReel settings.
