New HR Tech from Hireclix, Yoodli

HireClix, a leading recruitment marketing services company, today announced its new EBN 1:1 recruitment advertising solution — the latest expansion of its Employer Brand Network (EBN) — that allows employers to leverage sophisticated consumer targeting to reach candidates on consumers sites. The new EBN 1:1 advertisements will showcase both an employer’s brand and curated job openings in local markets, turning employer brand campaigns into a source of unique, high-quality applicants.

The EBN 1:1 ad solution syncs directly to a company’s job feed, automatically generating, targeting and serving real-time, job-level display ads to targeted talent. Rather than generic, “We’re Hiring” job ads, candidates will be delivered targeted ads for specific open roles, nearby locations and requirements that align with their experience. By delivering a more targeted recruitment advertising campaign to a candidate who has the proper expertise and background, campaign response rates will improve and the number of quality candidates will increase.

Additional key features include:

  • Live Job Feed Integration: Dynamic creative ad units linked to the live job feed. As soon as a job opens or closes in the client’s applicant tracking system, the recruitment advertising creative updates or pauses automatically within the ads.
  • Precise Location Pinpointing: Advertisements automatically filter by a dynamic radius around the specific job site or priority location, eliminating wasted impressions outside viable talent pools.
  • AI Based Optimization: Campaigns are continuously managed for effectiveness and efficiency by the EBN account teams, including use of AI to determine opportunities within creative, targeting and bidding.
  • Targeting Passive Candidates: Uses localized demographic and professional traits to serve highly relevant job listings directly to the browsing experience of qualified passive candidates. Employers can also leverage CRM and ATS first party data to target audiences and create look-a-like audiences for campaigns.
  • High Intent Candidate Retargeting: Re-engages candidates who visited the career page or abandoned an application, serving them the exact role or department they just walked away from.

As the job market remains competitive, job seekers are evolving their behavior and looking beyond job boards for their next employment opportunity. At the same time, employers need to tap into new networks and outlets to find top talent, not just relying on active job seekers, but engaging passive candidates wherever they are engaging online – where they read news, check weather, consume media, or engage in content around their interests online.

Yoodli today announced its expansion from AI roleplays into the AI Platform for Human Skills. As enterprises race to use AI to do more with fewer people, Yoodli is betting the other way: helping organizations upskill their workforce for the AI future.

The expansion comes from how customers already use Yoodli. More than 1 million learners and organizations like Google, LHH, Databricks, Snowflake, and Sandler use Yoodli to onboard new employees, train people on AI tools, run certifications and put a coach inside their workflow.

The platform brings together five capabilities:

  • Yoodli Roleplays: the hyper-realistic roleplays customers know, for learning and practicing concepts, with tutoring and grading against custom rubrics.
  • Yoodli Personas: enterprise-ready AI experts, grounded in company knowledge, that support teams wherever they work, from an intranet to a partner site to a live call, with built-in escalation paths to a human.
  • Yoodli Create: end-to-end learning journeys generated from a single prompt in minutes instead of weeks.
  • Yoodli Coach: a private, personalized coach that supports people in the flow of work, in tools like Zoom, Slack and Teams, and learns their strengths and growth areas over time.
  • Yoodli Measure: skill outcomes, not just completion, visualized for learners and managers and mapped to business results.

“Every major technology shift has reshaped work, and every time, the winners were the companies that invested in their people,” said Varun Puri, co-founder and CEO of Yoodli. “AI is no different. Most AI being sold to companies today is about doing more with fewer people. We’re betting on people. Yoodli helps every employee learn faster, perform better, and prove it.”
