ZoomInfo Unveils Autonomous Recruiting and Candidate Discovery Features

VANCOUVER, Wash. — ZoomInfo (NASDAQ: GTM), a leading Go-To-Market intelligence platform, has announced the launch of Talent Autopilot, its most advanced recruitment technology to date. Designed to help talent acquisition teams bypass the limitations of traditional keyword searches, the new platform combines professional and company intelligence with autonomous reasoning to unearth qualified candidates who might otherwise slip through the cracks.

Rather than depending rigidly on specific job titles, standard keywords, and narrow filters, Talent Autopilot allows recruiters to supply contextual descriptions of a role. The system then evaluates candidates across broader criteria—including underlying skills, practical experience, career paths, and corporate backgrounds—to discover non-obvious fits whose talents match the position’s requirements.

“Recruiting teams do not need another tool that simply gives them more candidates to sort through,” said Jon Bischke, General Manager of ZoomInfo Talent Solutions. “They need technology that understands what they are trying to accomplish and has the intelligence to act on it.”

Shifting Beyond the Usual Suspects

Company leadership emphasizes that the tool is intended to expand horizons in hiring rather than replace human oversight. Recruiters remain firmly in control throughout the workflow, guiding the system with natural language feedback, personalizing outreach through integrated Gmail or Outlook accounts, and managing candidate pipelines alongside existing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Chad Herring, Chief Human Resources Officer at ZoomInfo, noted that the best candidate is often someone who lacks the expected background or title. “Great hiring requires us to look beyond what is obvious and recognize potential others may overlook,” Herring said. “Talent Autopilot gives recruiting teams a new way to discover talent, helping them find the right person, even when that person was not who they originally thought to search for.”

Addressing the Demand for Verified Data

The rollout arrives amid a growing industry emphasis on data integrity and transparency. Recent research from Aptitude Research indicates that 90% of employers require independently verified data when evaluating recruitment technologies, with 77% stating they would actively avoid providers that cannot clearly explain how their data is sourced and vetted. ZoomInfo positions Talent Autopilot as a solution rooted in its comprehensive B2B database, seeking to build confidence as hiring processes become increasingly automated.

Talent Autopilot is available now as part of ZoomInfo’s evolving suite of talent acquisition solutions.
