Automating resume and job description ingestion into The Sieve™

Charlotte, NC – ResumeSieve™ announced that they have completed and tested integrations between their resume evaluation and ranking tool, The Sieve™, and both Greenhouse and Bullhorn recruiting platforms, continuing their drive to automate the process of setting up jobs and then ingesting the applicant’s resume.

“As we have said in the past, we are building the integrations that will allow customers to easily connect their chosen technology with ours, greatly expanding the applicability of The Sieve™,” noted Abha Mallya, CEO and Co-Founder of ResumeSieve. “Over the past several weeks, we have been working to add more integrations, a process that started with connecting Zoho Recruit several weeks ago.”

“Our integration development is focused on eliminating the need to involve IT development on the client side,” say Dominick Capozzi, Director of Technology Operations at ResumeSieve™.  “All the client has to do is select the integration, complete a few fields of data, and their ATS will be available in The Sieve™ as a source for resumes and job descriptions.  We are also working to enhance collaboration in The Sieve™ so that recruiters can share resumes when they are looking to find the best resource for their job.”

The Sieve™ provides a dramatic reduction in resume evaluation time (as much as 70% based on usage data).  Adding additional integration partners to the resume ingestion process adds an additional productivity improvement to the workflow.
