HR Tech Job Alert: Implementation Analyst – Oracle Cloud HCM (remote)

The Implementation Analyst – Oracle Cloud HCM Talent Management is a key member of the Learning & Organizational Development (LOD) team. The Oracle HCM Talent Analyst will serve as the functional subject matter expert (SME) for Cedars-Sinai’s Oracle Talent modules. This role provides SME and technical leadership for the design, configuration, and optimization of Oracle Goals, Performance Management, Talent Review, and Succession Planning modules. Will guide system design decisions, ensure alignment with talent strategy and business needs, and drive adoption through effective collaboration, governance, and change leadership.

  • Be a key contributor in the full implementation lifecycle—requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post–go-live support—to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • Configure, test, and optimize Oracle Goals, Performance Management, Talent Review, and Succession Planning modules to support enterprise talent and leadership development processes.
  • Partner with the Oracle project team, HR and EIS implementation partners to maintain data integrity, ensure system stability.
  • Identify and implement system enhancements and process improvements that improve usability, streamline workflows, and enhance the employee and leader experience.
  • Advise HR Business Partners and business stakeholders on how to translate strategic talent priorities into effective system solutions.
  • Serve as a liaison between functional and technical teams, clearly defining business requirements, validating configurations, and coordinating testing activities.
  • Establish and maintain governance standards to ensure consistent, compliant, and equitable use of Talent modules across the organization.
  • Partner with HR and IT to validate data integrity and ensure alignment between talent metrics, workforce planning, and enterprise reporting needs.
  • Support the planning, coordination and rollout of annual refresh of performance and talent management processes supported by Oracle HCM Talent modules.
