New CRO at UKG

UKG, an AI-first Workforce Operating Platform for HR, payroll, and workforce management, today announced that Rod Johnson joined the company as Chief Revenue Officer on June 1, 2026, reporting to UKG Chief Executive Officer Jennifer Morgan. 
 
Johnson will lead UKG’s global revenue organization as the company accelerates adoption of its AI-powered Workforce Operating Platform. Johnson brings deep experience building and scaling enterprise software businesses and leading global sales organizations. He joins UKG from Oracle, where he recently served as executive vice president of North America Applications, overseeing one of the industry’s largest enterprise SaaS portfolios.  

New AI Director at Accurate

Accurate, a leading provider of global background checks and monitoring solutions, today announced the appointment of Todd Stuck as Senior Director of Artificial Intelligence (AI), reinforcing the company’s commitment to using AI to create faster, smarter and more seamless hiring experiences.

In this new role, Stuck will lead Accurate’s enterprise AI strategy, continuing to establish the foundation for scalable, secure and responsible AI adoption across the organization. He will work cross-functionally to continue integrating AI capabilities into Accurate’s screening platform while modernizing internal operations through intelligent automation, data-driven insights and smarter decision-making.

Reporting to David Szweda, Chief Information Officer, Stuck will work across the organization focusing on applying AI to improve efficiency, streamline workflows, enhance decision-making and reduce friction for both customers and candidates.

New CFO at ICIMS

ICIMS, a leading enterprise hiring platform, announced that Brad Korch has been appointed Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective today. Korch will oversee ICIMS’ global finance organization, including accounting, financial planning and analysis, treasury, tax, shared services, business intelligence and analytics.

Korch joins ICIMS following the company’s recent appointment of Marc Thompson as Chief Executive Officer. Together, Thompson and Korch will partner to position ICIMS for long-term growth, strengthen operational execution and continue advancing the company’s AI-driven enterprise hiring platform for corporate and frontline hiring.

New CPO at Lattice
