LAS VEGAS — The Las Vegas Raiders have selected human resources and workforce technology provider UKG to manage and streamline operations across the franchise’s business, football, and gameday staff.
Under the new agreement, the NFL franchise will deploy the UKG Pro suite to consolidate human resources, payroll, and workforce intelligence onto a single operating platform. The move is designed to connect a wide-ranging employee base—from coaches, trainers, and front-office executives to hourly and frontline stadium workers.
Franchise leadership highlighted the operational demands unique to professional sports venues, where thousands of employees coordinate to stage events for fans.
“Every great fan experience starts with the people on the front lines who make it possible,” said Heather DeSanto, Senior Vice President of Human Resources for the Raiders. “We selected UKG because it gives us one platform to connect our workforce while providing the partnership and innovation to support our organization for years to come.”
By centralizing personnel data and operations, the Raiders aim to gain real-time visibility into staffing needs, automate administrative workflows, and support dynamic scheduling across game days and regular business operations.
