Job board operator DHI Group Inc. has announced it acquired AgileATS, an applicant tracking system for government contractors and employers hiring security-cleared professionals, for an estimated $2 million. The company also reported tepid revenue growth for the second quarter.
The deal includes an up-front $1.5 million cash payment and another $0.5 million that may be earned within two years based on performance.
