Reporting to Chief Operating and Growth Officer Rashid Ismail, Gulyan will lead Accurate’s Global Marketing organization and overall marketing strategy. Her focus will be on strengthening the company’s brand, expanding its market presence, driving greater impact in the market and working closely with the sales and product teams to improve go-to-market alignment and execution.

Korngiebel, a veteran HCM innovator, will lead Eightfold as it helps organizations see, develop, and deploy the full depth of their talent. He takes the helm from co-founder and CEO Ashutosh Garg, who spent ten years building the company into an AI leader trusted by Fortune 500 companies, with new customers for its agentic products quadrupling this year alone. Garg will continue to serve on Eightfold’s board, now as chairman of the board.
Korngiebel brings three decades of experience building enterprise HR software, including 14 years at Workday, where he joined as an early employee in 2006 and served as chief technology officer from 2016 to 2020. Most recently, he served as EVP, chief strategy, product and technology officer at Dayforce, where he helped grow the company from a payroll and workforce management provider into a global HCM leader.
SeekOut, the agentic AI recruiting platform that works inside the AI enterprises already use, today announced that co-founder John Tippett has been named President, effective immediately. Tippett, most recently Chief Client Officer, will lead day-to-day operations and partner with co-founder and CEO Aravind Bala on the company’s direction.
Tippett co-founded SeekOut in 2017 and has spent nine years closest to its customers, helping enterprise talent teams put the platform to work. He previously spent 18 years at Microsoft and holds a BS in electrical engineering from Stanford University.
