UKG today announced that Jay Dettling has joined the company as inaugural Chief Partner Officer, reporting to UKG President, Go to Market (GTM) Rachel Barger, effective immediately. Dettling, a seasoned executive leader and advisor with over three decades of experience accelerating growth and profitability, will be responsible for the UKG global partner ecosystem.


TrackerRMS, a global leader in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and customer relationship management (CRM) software for the recruitment and staffing industry, has expanded its leadership team with the appointment of tech executive George Herat as Chief Operating Officer.

Based in London, Herat has a demonstrated track record of driving revenue growth and operating leverage in private equity-backed businesses such as Tracker. Herat will work alongside Tracker CEO Andy Jones and the entire global team to optimize the company’s operational efficiency and customer experience.


Darwinbox, a leading global human resource (HR) technology platform, today announced the appointment of Sudi Bjornstad Korba as Senior Vice President of Sales for North America. Korba’s nearly two decades of HR leadership and enterprise technology sales experience will accelerate Darwinbox’s growth in the world’s largest HR tech market, following a recent $140 million investment co-led by Partners Group and KKR.

In her new role, Korba will lead revenue strategy and expand Darwinbox’s U.S. client base supporting American enterprises in modernizing HR processes to enhance operations and employee experiences. Earlier in her career, Korba also held the position of Vice President of HR at PSAV (now Encore Global), a background that gives her unique insight into the evolving challenges faced by HR teams today.
