HR Tech Shift: G-P and eSkill Launch AI Tools to Streamline Global Workforce Operations and Hiring

BOSTON and SAN ANTONIO — August 26, 2026 — As human resources departments face increasing complexity in managing global teams and evaluating job candidates, two leading HR technology vendors have introduced AI-powered solutions to address critical friction points in recruitment and workforce operations.

Global employment leader G-P (Globalization Partners) and pre-hire assessment platform eSkill both announced major updates aimed at enhancing compliance, data accessibility, and hiring accuracy through artificial intelligence.

G-P Integrates Global Workforce Intelligence into Enterprise AI Ecosystems

G-P announced the release of its Model Context Protocol (MCP) Server, a technology built to securely connect real-time global employment data directly into major enterprise AI platforms like Anthropic’s Claude, OpenAI’s ChatGPT, and Google’s Gemini, as well as HR software such as Workday, ADP, Paylocity, and SAP.

Historically, global HR data has remained isolated inside complex databases or static systems. Navigating international labor standards and local privacy regulations (such as GDPR) created barriers to bringing artificial intelligence into cross-border HR processes.

G-P’s new MCP Server acts as an enterprise-grade bridge, bringing over ten years of international legal and compliance expertise into conversational AI tools. HR teams can now use natural language prompts inside their existing AI workspaces to:

  • Generate instant localized reports: Query specific worker details, localized benefits, and precise costs in local currencies without manual spreadsheet aggregation.
  • Manage context-aware workflows: Review individual employee records, such as leave balances or benefits enrollment, directly within chat interfaces.
  • Automate compliant change management: Trigger automated compliance reviews for salary or title updates via G-P’s Global Compliance Engine (GCE).

“AI systems are only as reliable as the data and security guardrails behind them,” said GK Konduri, Chief Product Officer at G-P. “With our MCP Server, G-P is enabling true, enterprise-grade agentic workforce management… Organizations can now build and deploy powerful, compliant agentic HR workflows inside the AI interfaces their teams already use.”

To maintain governance, the system includes human-in-the-loop controls that route high-risk actions for explicit human approval, alongside role-based data access controls.

eSkill Unveils ‘Linea’ AI Layer for Tailored Pre-Hire Testing

On the talent acquisition front, San Antonio-based eSkill launched Linea, an AI intelligence layer embedded directly into its assessment platform to streamline candidate evaluation.

Designed to assist hiring managers without taking away human decision-making authority, Linea debuts with two core features:

  1. Linea Build: Allows recruiters to paste a job title or description to automatically generate a draft assessment mapped to specific Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other characteristics (KSAOs) within seconds.
  2. Linea Search: Leverages semantic search to help teams quickly locate relevant questions from eSkill’s library, even when search queries don’t match exact phraseology.

All recommendations generated by Linea are drawn from eSkill’s existing, expert-validated database of over 70,000 questions—tagged against standard European Union (ESCO) skill classifications. To maintain transparency, the platform outlines the explicit reasoning behind every test recommendation, allowing recruiters to audit and edit assessment structures.

“Linea takes everything we’ve built over twenty years… and surfaces it through AI that works for the recruiter, not around them,” said Henry Tran, CEO of eSkill.

Powered by Anthropic’s Claude LLMs under enterprise API standards, Linea ensures candidate personal data is never processed through the AI, and inputs are not utilized for model training.

A Common Theme: Human-Centric, Compliant Automation

While G-P focuses on operational workforce governance across 180+ countries and eSkill targets pre-employment testing accuracy, both product rollouts highlight a shared industry direction: utilizing AI to automate tedious manual tasks while embedding strict human oversight, transparency, and data privacy guardrails into corporate workflows.
