HR Techies on the Move

Employ Inc., the largest comprehensive provider of recruiting and talent acquisition solutions and parent company of JazzHR, Lever, Jobvite, and NXTThing RPO, today announced the appointment of Joe Furnari as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) effective January 10, 2023.  

In this role, Furnari will oversee Employ’s global finance operations. As a member of the Employ executive leadership team, Furnari will report to CEO Pete Lamson. 

Furnari brings more than 25 years of extensive strategic and financial experience to Employ, having served in leadership roles with private and publicly held organizations. Most recently Furnari served as the Vice President of Finance at global technology company Dynatrace. Previously, Furnari held financial leadership positions at high-growth companies including Nuance Communications, Wyless, Inc., and Mimecast. 


Jobcase, a social platform dedicated to empowering and advocating for workers, announced today that global business leader and digital transformation expert Warren Jenson has joined the company’s Board of Directors. Additionally, people innovation expert Drew Holler will serve as the latest addition to Jobcase’s Advisory Board. Both Jenson and Holler will work closely with Jobcase to drive forward its mission of helping every hard-working American find employment opportunities and clear pathways to growth.

Fetcher, the leading full-service sourcing automation platform, recently announced that David Sidlar will lead the company’s Operations team.

Sidlar brings to Fetcher extensive experience in talent operations, including previous leadership roles at Kelly Services, Allegis Group, and nextSource.
