HR Techies on the Move in September

UKG announced that Traci Tsuchiguchi has joined the company as Head of Investor Relations and Strategic Finance. 

Reporting to UKG President, Chief Financial Officer Arlen Shenkman, Tsuchiguchi will oversee the company’s financial reporting strategy and engagement with investors, financial analysts, and other stakeholders. Tsuchiguchi will also partner with senior leaders across UKG to drive financial planning, investment evaluation, and company performance monitoring.

With more than two decades of experience in strategic finance, investor relations, and corporate affairs, Tsuchiguchi brings a deep understanding of capital markets, SaaS business models, and stakeholder engagement both from the buy-side and sell-side perspective. Her prior leadership roles at Citrix, CA Technologies, AppliedMicro, and Teradyne, where she most recently served as Vice President of Corporate Affairs, have equipped Tsuchiguchi with an extensive track record of driving investor engagement, shaping financial narratives, and leading long-range planning initiatives.

He has a BS in management information systems from Auburn University, as well as being a Pragmatic Marketing Certified Product Manager.
