Calli brings more than 20 years of experience in recruitment marketing, with a track record spanning high-growth agenciesjob boards, and industry organizations. Her background includes leadership roles at Recruitics, where she helped scale marketing and analytics from startup through significant growth to becoming a market leader, as well as serving as CMO of Lensa and President of RecruitmentMarketing.com (now Talivity).

In this new role, Calli will lead JobSync’s marketing strategy and brand efforts, supporting the company’s rapid growth with its enterprise customers and its focus on improving hiring experiences through the thoughtful use of data, technology, and integrations.
