Mike brings over 30 years of leadership experience across enterprise cloud software, HCM, and business transformation. Most recently, he served as CEO of Unit4, delivering people-focused ERP for service organisations. He was previously President of SAP SuccessFactors and CEO of NGA Human Resources (now Strada and Zellis). His track record spans startups, global enterprises, and PE-backed software companies.
DailyPay, a leading worktech platform, named Derek Andersen, Snap’s Chief Financial Officer, to its Board of Directors. An accomplished finance leader, Mr. Andersen brings decades of leadership experience guiding prominent technology and media companies to DailyPay. His appointment to the DailyPay Board became effective on Friday, June 27, 2025.
