Who’s partnering with who in the HR technology world.

Epoch, the leading employee experience platform, has been selected by Salesforce, the leading global AI customer relationship management (CRM), to enhance its employee engagement strategy. Salesforce has more than 76,000 employees globally, and turned to Epoch to foster more meaningful internal engagements within their individual communities. With 86% of Salesforce employees now using Epoch, the platform helps employees find out what’s happening at their office, connecting them to the company, culture, and each other. This partnership comes on the heels of Epoch’s recent launch of Communities, a new feature designed to help culture leaders manage Employee Resource Groups (ERGs).

Salesforce needed a more efficient way to engage with employees, including tracking event attendance, gathering post-event feedback, and analyzing employee sentiment to determine where resources should be allocated. Prior to Epoch, Salesforce’s internal events were managed through legacy tools and a disparate system of spreadsheets. Epoch’s connection with the most common day-to-day tools, like Slack, makes it easy to quickly deploy into existing communication channels, enabling attendees to RSVP with a single click that automatically syncs to their calendar. Epoch meets employees where they already are, making it simple to manage event invites and avoid tool fatigue.

ZipRecruiter announced it has achieved Workday Certified Integration status with the rollout of an upgraded integration. This update brings ZipRecruiter’s easy-to-use job seeker experience to jobs hosted on Workday Recruiting, with new features designed to help companies hire faster.

The upgraded features include:

  • Screening and Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Questions. Screening questions set up in Workday Recruiting are automatically included in ZipRecruiter job postings, making it easier for employers to pinpoint qualified candidates.
  • Seamless Integration. Jobs created in Workday Recruiting are automatically posted to ZipRecruiter, and completed Candidate Profiles flow back into Workday as applications come in. As employers move candidates through the hiring process, ZipRecruiter refines its matching to deliver even stronger candidates.

Job seekers can save time by applying to roles hosted by Workday Recruiting on ZipRecruiter with their existing profile and resume. Their application information will flow directly into Workday Recruiting, where employers can review and manage candidates.
