SAN FRANCISCO & LONDON — Metaview, an AI-native talent acquisition platform, announced a $60 million Series C funding round led by Insight Partners, with participation from GV, Intrepid Growth Partners, Seedcamp, Vertex Ventures US, Plural, and Garuda Ventures.
Arriving just a year after its Series B, the round brings Metaview’s total capital raised to $110 million and marks a milestone in the HR technology sector’s migration from passive AI copilots to autonomous, task-oriented software agents.
Solving the AI Application Deluge
The funding comes amid a severe imbalance in corporate talent acquisition pipelines. With generative AI tools making job applications effortless for job seekers, recruiting teams are facing an unprecedented flood of inbound resumes. Metaview reports that the average inbound application volume per recruiter has surged 412%.
At the same time, talent acquisition teams have struggled under the weight of manual triage:
- Candidate friction: 53% of job seekers report being ghosted by prospective employers over the past year.
- Process drag: Traditional recruitment workflows in the $800 billion industry remain dependent on disjointed point solutions, subjective resume screening, and manual documentation.
Metaview co-founder and CEO Siadhal Magos argues that hiring workflows must evolve the same way software engineering did when autonomous coding agents entered the mainstream.
“The best engineering teams have already moved from writing code by hand to orchestrating AI agents that do the work. Recruiting is next. We’re rebuilding hiring with AI at the core to make it radically more efficient and precise, while creating a better system for everyone involved.”

From Interview Intelligence to End-to-End Agents
Founded in 2018 by Uber and Palantir alumni Siadhal Magos and Shahriar Tajbakhsh, Metaview originally carved out market share through interview intelligence, capturing and structuring more than 6 million hiring conversations.
Rather than remaining an interview note-taker, the company has repurposed that proprietary dataset to orchestrate specialized AI agents across the recruitment funnel:
- Inbound Application Review: Agents evaluate candidate CVs directly against detailed role briefs.
- Outbound Sourcing: Systems identify and engage prospective candidates proactively before roles go public.
- Structured Screening: Automated screening dialogues gather baseline context prior to human interviews.
- Autonomous Execution: Following Metaview’s acquisition of AI startup Reval, the company launched fillmore—an autonomous recruiting coworker designed to handle top-of-funnel logistics, candidate engagement, and interview booking—which officially moves to general availability with this funding round.
Human decision-making remains the anchor: platform agents handle the administrative, scheduling, and screening execution, while talent acquisition teams set scoring rubrics, evaluate cultural alignment, and make all final hiring determinations.

What’s Next: The Rise of the “Talent Engineer”
Insight Partners Managing Director Ryan Hinkle highlighted that Metaview’s appeal lies in handling unmanageable top-of-funnel scale without degrading hiring rigor:
“The recruiting process is generating more candidate volume than most organizations know how to handle. Metaview has built a platform that brings more structure and intelligence across each stage of hiring, from sourcing and screening through to the final decision. The result is better hiring decisions at scale, without losing the judgment that good hiring requires.”
Metaview plans to direct the fresh capital toward three core initiatives:
- Agent General Availability: Rolling out fillmore alongside role-specific micro-agents across enterprise environments.
- Team & Geographic Footprint: Tripling headcount from 80 to 250 employees and opening a New York City office alongside its San Francisco and London hubs.
- Upskilling Talent Teams: Expanding 10x Recruiting, an educational and community framework designed to train recruiters in talent engineering—the practice of designing, tuning, and overseeing agentic AI hiring systems rather than running repetitive sourcing manually.
