Here’s what’s new in the HR Technology world.
Sapia.ai, the world’s only Smart Interviewer™ platform powered by deep-learning AI, today launched Talent Hub for recruiters and hiring managers, halving the average time spent by user in making hiring decisions
With Talent Hub, Sapia.ai users can easily and quickly compare candidates across key selection criteria enabling faster decision making and giving them time back to spend on more valuable activities.
Sapia.ai CEO Barb Hyman said: “No recruiters time is served well by spending all day screening candidates. For a typical recruiter, Talent Hub reduces the number of clicks to review and shortlist candidates by a stunning 75% making a recruiters job faster and much less frustrating. That’s game changing for overworked recruiters.
Working Not Working Inc., a Fiverr company (NYSE: FVRR), the leading platform for curated creative talent, launched NTRNL™, a new way to source internal talent and showcase hidden employee passions and expertise for creative ventures and projects. NTRNL allows employees to create human-centered and highly personalized profiles, highlighting their project portfolio, skills, and interests while providing companies with greater visibility into their team’s expertise, passions, and willingness to join new and exciting projects. Following Wieden+Kennedy being the company’s first customer over ten years ago, they are also the first official launch partner of NTRNL.
NTRNL’s advanced search and sourcing capabilities allow any creative organization to find employees for the right projects from its entire workforce – regardless of location, title, or experience. NTRNL also facilitates collaboration throughout an increasingly global workforce, effectively allowing employees to connect based on shared interests and fostering a sense of belonging across team members. The platform can help accelerate new business opportunities by tapping into otherwise unknown employee interests, skills, and experience beyond their day-to-day work. NTRNL will bring together the best teams and give employees more access to the opportunities they care about most.
Oyster® launched a suite of new solutions, including Oyster Embedded, Oyster API, and integrations with Zapier, Personio, and Slack.
With Oyster Embedded, industry partners can now easily offer global hiring, payroll, and rewards solutions in one click, right from their own software. Partners can leverage no-code, customizable webflows to create a seamless, end-to-end experience that reflects the look and feel of their platforms, complete with pre-populated data. This flexibility is key for software companies and partners as they look to expand market share, and opens up the ability to work with great talent regardless of location.
Partners can also embed Oyster’s global hiring, payroll, benefits, employment intelligence, and other capabilities into their product using the Oyster API.
The Oyster API helps partners and customers easily connect Oyster with tools of their choice. In addition to enabling partners to embed Oyster into their product, the API also makes it possible for customers to tailor Oyster to work for their needs. Customers can quickly develop workflows and apps—like moving data from Oyster to an HRIS tool; sending payroll data to a centralized system; or automating workflows across expenses and time off.
Also launching today is Oyster’s Zapier integration, built on the Oyster API. Customers can use the Zapier integration to connect easily with 5,000+ apps and move data like time off and new hire information from Oyster to apps like MS Teams, Google Sheets, and Asana.
