Selected each month based on nominations received, Recruiter of the Month will highlight recruiters who have made a remarkable behind-the-scenes impact in the field of talent acquisition.
“The life of a corporate recruiter is a tough one — often one of the first roles under scrutiny during budget cuts, yet the most overworked position during periods of growth. Qualifi’s ultimate goal with Recruiter of the Month is to elevate industry appreciation for recruiters and foster community engagement. By collecting nominations and learning about notable recruiter stories, the company hopes to create a vehicle for showcasing the talent in the recruiting world. Stories received with nominations will be shared to inspire, motivate, and establish new industry benchmarks.
Nominations are due by the 21st of each month, with those received after the deadline rolled into consideration for the following month. Re-nomination is unnecessary, as all unselected nominees will automatically be considered monthly. Each winner will be featured in a Qualifi blog post and receive public acknowledgment of the honor.
